RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Game Harbor Corporation, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. This Refund Policy outlines our protocols and procedures regarding refunds, ensuring a transparent and fair process for all our clients.

RETURNS
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you received is defective. All sales are final.
Please note: All items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and original packaging.
What if my product is damaged/wrong?
All orders undergo thorough quality checks before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at gameharbor@pm.me within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, you must include:
A clear photo of the item and outer packaging
Your order number
(Recommended) An unboxing video taken during the opening of the package
Once your case is reviewed, we will guide you through the next steps.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
⚠️ Items reported after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for return or replacement.
What are the cases in which I can return an item?
You may request a return or replacement only for the following reasons:
Damaged Product: The product was physically damaged during shipping or arrived in unusable condition.
Wrong Product Sent: You received artwork or a print that is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong design or set sent by mistake).
Which items cannot be returned/replaced?
In our commitment to customer satisfaction, we also need to set clear guidelines on when a refund or return may not be possible. The following are circumstances under which we cannot accept returns or issue refunds:
Late Request: Requests initiated more than 48 hours after delivery cannot be accommodated.
Incorrect Shipping Address: If the wrong shipping address is entered at checkout, we cannot offer a refund or return.
Final Sale Items: Any product received as a reward, freebie, digital download, or discounted item is considered final sale and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Unapproved Returns: Items returned without prior written approval, or returned without following the instructions we provide, will not be accepted. If an item is returned without authorization or is found ineligible for a refund, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs if they wish the item to be sent back to them. We reserve the right to dispose of unauthorized or unclaimed returns after 14 days.
Altered Serial Number: Products with defaced or altered serial numbers are not eligible for return or refund.
Intentional Damage: Products that have been intentionally damaged, or otherwise destroyed, are not eligible for return.
Free or Complimentary Products: Return or replacement requests for items that were free or complimentary are not accepted.
How long will it take for the return process to complete?
Once a return is approved and the item is received by us, please allow 7 to 14 business days for a full inspection and processing.
If the return meets all eligibility criteria (e.g., authorized, defective, and approved), a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Unauthorized or unapproved returns will not be processed or refunded and may be disposed of if unclaimed after 14 days.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please email our customer service at gameharbor@pm.me with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo evidence (or unboxing video if possible).
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) and detailed return instructions, including the shipping address.
Please do not send any returns without written confirmation and a valid RMA#. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded and may be disposed of after 14 days.
Return Shipping Fees
If we confirm that your item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, we will cover return shipping costs. For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
Packaging
Returned items must be securely packaged in their original or equivalent protective packaging to avoid damage during transit.
DISCLAIMER: THE COMPANY HAS A DEDICATED TEAM THAT WILL CHECK THE RETURNED PRODUCTS, AND THEIR DECISION ON YOUR REQUEST WILL BE FINAL TO ACCEPT OR REJECT. WE MAY REJECT THE RETURNED PRODUCT IF THERE IS DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT OTHER THAN WHAT WAS VISIBLE IN THE UNBOXING VIDEO OR IF FOUND THE PRODUCT IS TO BE USED OR TAMPERED WITH. IF A RETURNED PRODUCT IS REJECTED, NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED TO THE CUSTOMER, AND THE CUSTOMER MAY CHOOSE TO HAVE THE PRODUCT SHIPPED BACK TO THEM AT THEIR OWN COST.
REPEATED RETURN REQUESTS
We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges for customers who have a history of excessive or suspicious return activity.
If such a pattern is identified, affected products may be marked as non-returnable on your account. We may also charge applicable shipping or processing fees to cover the cost of handling repeated returns.
Any return claim is subject to verification. If the returned item does not pass our inspection, or if it fails to meet eligibility criteria, the product will be shipped back to you. You will be responsible for all related return shipping costs.
REPLACEMENT POLICY (MANUFACTURING DEFECTS ONLY)
At Game Harbor Corporation, we take pride in the quality of our artwork and prints. If you receive an item with a verified manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer a free replacement, including shipping costs.
Eligibility for Replacement
Manufacturing Defect Only: Replacements are available only for defects that occurred during production. Damage from mishandling, misuse, or transit issues caused by customer error is not eligible.
Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must be returned using secure packaging to prevent further damage.
Time Limit: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a replacement request. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Verification Required: We may request photo or video evidence of the defect before issuing a replacement. Final eligibility is subject to inspection.
How to Request a Replacement
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at gameharbor@pm.me. Include the following:
Your order number
Clear photos or a video showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
Approval Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). Please do not return any items without prior approval.
Processing the Replacement
Inspection: After the returned item is received, we’ll inspect it to confirm the reported defect.
Approval & Shipment: If confirmed, a replacement will be shipped at no cost to you. Shipping time depends on your location.
⚠️ Important Notes
Same Product Only: Replacements are only issued for the same item originally ordered. We do not offer exchanges for different products or alternative designs.
Final Decision: Game Harbor Corporation reserves the right to approve or deny replacement requests based on inspection results and policy eligibility.
CANCELLATIONS
Immediate Order Processing and Cancellation Limitations
At Game Harbor Corporation, we begin processing orders immediately after purchase to ensure fast delivery.
Because of this, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
We kindly ask customers to review their order details carefully before completing a purchase. If you need to make a change and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at gameharbor@pm.me. However, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made in time.
Cancellation from our end
We do our best to ensure all orders are processed smoothly, but sometimes situations arise that might lead us to cancel an order. These situations include:
Unavailability of Product/Service: Occasionally, a product or service may become unavailable after you've placed an order. If this happens, we'll inform you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or suggest alternative options that might interest you.
Non-compliance with Terms of Service: We uphold our Terms of Service and if an order doesn't align with these or with applicable laws, we reserve the right to cancel it.
Suspicion of Fraudulent Activity: Your security is crucial to us. If we suspect any fraudulent activity or unauthorized use of payment information, we'll cancel the order to protect both you and our platform.
Should we need to cancel your order for any reason, we’ll reach out to you using the contact information you provided when placing the order. Any refunds due will be processed back to the original payment method you used for the purchase.
